Ingredients:
- 1 short crust pastry
- 200g black chocolate dessert
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 1 sheet of gelatin
- 400 g fresh or frozen raspberries

Preheat your oven th.7 / 8 (220 °).
Bake the dough has broken white. Soften the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
