Ingredients:
- 360 g tagliatelle
- 20 g coarse salt
- 65 ml of olive oil
- 250 g fresh salmon fillet
- 200 g smoked salmon unsliced
- 250 ml tomato sauce with basil
- 1/4 bunch of basil
- Salt and pepper

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Cook noodles and cool immediately.
Coat them with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent them from sticking.

Cut salmon fillets (fresh and smoked), diced without mixing.
Skip the salmon cubes Drais olive oil. Season and set aside on paper obsorbant.
Heat the tomato sauce with basil.

Gently mix all ingredients.
