Ingredients (for 2 people) :
- 6 large raw lobster
- 2 sheets of pastry
- 50 g basil leaves + 12 gandes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 dl olive oil
- oil
- Salt and pepper


Store the day 1 dl olive oil in the refrigerator.
Peel and chop 1 clove of garlic.
Mix 50 g basil leaves with olive oil very cold, the garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Refrigerate.

Expand and overlap two sheets of pastry on the work plan.
Cut the sheets into 4 to obtain a total of 8 triangles, superimposed them gently and set aside wrapped in a damp cloth.

Hull 6 large basil leaves.
Peel 6 large prawns, slit the top and gently remove unsightly hose, the pepper on each side, not salt.
Then place one basil leaf on each lobster.

Heat a frying peanut oil. Fry about 40 seconds curls, once golden, they are cooked.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Salt lightly.

Carefully prepare your assiete.
