Ingredients (for 4 people) :
- 300 g of beef fillet
- 40 g block of parmesan
- 1/4 bunch of basil
- 4 pinches of salt
- Pepper




Preparation time: 30 minutes
Fridge time: 30 minutes

Prepare the pesto (see recipe pesto).
Remove the nerves and parry the beef tenderloin. Cut into very thin slices and arrange on a background of harmonious dish.
Spread a thin layer with a brush of pesto, more or less regular basis.
Book costs about thirty minutes.

When serving, sprinkle some grated parmesan, salt and pepper.
Place a few basil leaves.
