Ingredients (for 8 people) :
- 16 cl of cream
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- A little grated nutmeg
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of salmon eggs
- 1/2 purple onion
- 1/4 bunch of dill
- Salt and pepper



Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Prepare pancakes :
Put the sifted flour with a hole in the middle and salt.
Pour in the middle egg yolks and mix gradually with the milk while whisking.
Mount the egg whites until stiff, then fold them gently into the preparation.
Cook in small stoves Neoflam, clarified butter (ghee and impurities removed).

Mount the cream with a whisk. Season.

On blinis, place a slice of smoked salmon of the same size.
Season with lemon juice and pepper.
Spread whipped cream and apply decoration: salmon eggs, thin slice of purple onion and dill.
