Ingredients :
- 500 g cream
- 75 g sugar
- A few drops of natural vanilla flavor







Pour the cream into a cold cold recipent.
Whip until taking consistency.
Add the sifted icing sugar and vanilla flavor.
Beat again quickly.

Chef's tip :
It is advisable to place the container in the refrigerator.
Whipped keeps one day maximun.
