Ingredients :
- 3 cloves of garlic (15 g)
- 25 g of pine nuts
- 1/4 bunch of fresh basil
- 40 g of powdered Parmesan
- 75 ml of olive oil
- Fine salt and pepper



Crush the garlic germ removed and lightly roasted pine nuts.
Add the washed fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
Grind again and climb up the olive oil.
Season.

Chef's tip :
The pesto will do well with pasta.
