Ingredients (for 1 liter):
- 60 g of butter
- 60 g flour
- 1 liter of milk
- A little grated nutmeg
- Salt, pepper
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon without browning. The flour should thicken immediately.
Add 1/2 liter of cold milk and nutmeg.
Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring with a whisk.
Add remaining milk, repeat cook and season with salt and pepper.

Make your sauce whisk to avoid the appearance of lumps.
