Ingredients :
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt (5g)
- 3 eggs
- 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk
- Perfume of your choice: vanilla, orange blossom, rum ...
- 40 g unsalted butter

In a bowl, put the flour and salt.
Break the eggs one by one on the Milling additive.
Mix vigorously with a bit of milk at room temperature.
Stir in the remaining milk and stir briskly to honogénéiser and thin dough.
Perfume.
Add the hazelnut butter and let the dough rest 30 minutes.
Cook on high heat with a drop of oil.

Chef's tip :
To avoid lumps, pass the pulp through a sieve.
